With the continuous advancement of the technology, its application scope has become increasingly widespread. Below, we will provide a detailed introduction to the areas of application for the development of laminated steel sheets.

6. Employees must wear appropriate protective gear while performing floor deck construction. In enhancing the quality of floor deck installation, they must also ensure their own stability.

During the construction process, it is crucial to accurately control the horizontal and vertical alignment of the building, as this directly impacts whether our buildings can pass inspection and affects their quality and lifespan. Therefore, it is essential to get this right at this critical juncture. How can one correctly utilize the level control lines on floor slabs?

1. The horizontal control points used to control the pouring surface height before casting are set on the formwork. Due to the instability of the formwork and bracing structures at times, the set control points may easily cause significant deviations. Therefore, after the surface casting is completed, we can verify the control points on the steel bars against the original control line.

During the racking assembly process, the horizontal control points on the reinforcing bars that have been reviewed should be traced to the racking uprights before the shear wall is sealed. This facilitates the carpenter's control of the horizontal elevation of the board tops.

Before construction, the original level control line can be used as a reference to transfer the elevation to the pour surface for concrete placement control. After transferring the level points to the vertical rebars, a recheck should be conducted for points that are farther from the level instrument.

4. Confirm there are no errors before passing it on to the next process.

Before the placement of the floor joists, the structure is modified to build a general framework that must be able to bear the weight of the entire floor. Therefore, it needs to be sturdy, with the main beam being the most critical part of this structure.

The load-bearing beams connect the support points at both ends of the main wall, and the construction of I-beams must be done correctly, as this is the part that withstands the most stress in the entire structural construction process. The process of joining the main beams initially involves removing the pre-buried steel plate locations and leveling the cement wall surfaces, then it is essentially consistent with the framing construction process while fixing the pre-buried steel plates. The measurement of the main beams is crucial; each beam should be measured individually, and the error should not exceed 4mm. The joining of the main beams involves first spot-welding, then reinforcing, and finally full welding. The ends of the main beams must be fully welded at 360 degrees, with the I-beams placed vertically and bearing equal stress. Angle irons connect the main beams to form an integrated structure, distributing the load evenly. The connection requirements for angle irons, according to the specifications for connecting different types of steel in steel structures, involve cutting the top of the insertion part of the angle iron to maintain a flat top, and using an angle grinder to smooth out the protruding welding points for a flat wood placement without squeaks. The insertion points should be fully welded, with the error in the extension length not exceeding 3mm. After welding is complete, the structure should be perfectly level and perpendicular.

Decking boards are widely used in everyday life. Now, our requirements for building materials, including decking boards, are increasingly stringent. The precision of the leveling lines when using decking boards is a detail we pay particular attention to during the construction process.

The deck plate requires welding nails, typically serving as shear connectors between the steel deck and steel beams, providing stability and being essential in composite deck plate construction. However, failing to weld the nails directly can lead to stability accidents during the concrete pouring process, with severe consequences. Before welding the nails, construction personnel must conduct process parameter tests on the nails of different batches, specifications, and materials, as well as the welding machines and torches used, under the same conditions as the site. The nail length must be determined based on the actual situation.
