The hoist should undergo full-travel up and down lifting three times during no-load testing. Inspections and adjustments should be made to the following electrical and mechanical components.

Electrical equipment should not exhibit abnormal overheating phenomena.

2. Motors should operate smoothly, with the imbalance of three-phase current not exceeding ±10%, and the current values should be measured.

Ensure the limit switches (including the level pressure opening contact) are inspected and adjusted; the switch operation should be accurate and reliable.

4. The height indicator and load indicator should accurately reflect the stroke and weight. Upon reaching the upper and lower limit positions, the master switch should be capable of sending a signal and automatically cutting off the current, thereby stopping the operation of the opening and closing machine.

All mechanical components should operate without impact noises and any other abnormal sounds; wire ropes must not rub against any other parts at any location.

6. When releasing the brake pads, the闸瓦 should be fully opened, the gap should meet the requirements, and the release current value should be measured.

7. When using direct current to release the quick-acting gate closure mechanism, the release DC current value and the temperature of the electromagnetic coil for a continuous 2-minute release should be checked and recorded separately.
