Regarding the installation of dense cabinet tracks, we have mentioned it before. It falls under the scope of our construction work. We will design different track laying methods based on the varying needs of our clients. For those in the know, track installation is actually quite simple. The installation of dense cabinet tracks can be divided into three types:
A direct surface installation method involves bolting holes for fixation. This approach is relatively simple and saves installation time, making it the preferred choice for general applications without special requirements.
Two types include embedded tracks, which involve trenching the ground and laying the tracks inside the槽. This method is relatively time-consuming and labor-intensive, and its performance is not significantly different from directly laying tracks on the ground surface. The only distinction is that embedded tracks have minimal impact on the ground's flatness, yet they are not easy to clean.
Three types are reinforced track, which is a less commonly used method for track installation, and resembles the embedded method. It involves excavating a trench in the ground, placing the I-beam inside, and then inserting the track and securing it to the I-beam. This method is primarily used when the ground load-bearing capacity is insufficient.
The installation method of the密集柜 track has no effect on the structure of the密集柜. In other words, the cabinets and bases of the密集柜 are the same; the only difference is the track.
