The components consist of an epoxy coal tar primer and topcoat, both primarily made of epoxy resin and coal tar, with various rust-proof pigments, insulating fillers, toughening agents, leveling agents, thinners, anti-settling agents, and more. Appearance: the primer's A component is iron red, the B component is black, and the topcoat is all black.
