One, Operation Procedure for Trolley Furnace

1. Pre-operation inspection for the trolley furnace

Before removing the workpiece from the furnace, the power supply to the main heating circuit should be disconnected first, and then the furnace door can be opened to perform the removal operation.
　　
Once the furnace reaches a certain temperature, it can be maintained. During this process, the temperature controller and the maintenance of the insulation should be monitored. After reaching the specified insulation time, the furnace door can be opened, and the workpieces inside can be sent out.
　　
After completing the aforementioned steps, close the furnace door, adjust all controllers to zero, and turn off the main power. Clean the surrounding environment and hygiene of the trolley furnace, and check for any abnormal areas on the furnace body.

13. Disconnecting the wiring protection cover is strictly prohibited except during maintenance. Prior to maintenance, the main switch must be turned off and warning signs should be properly placed.
