Column Wall Thickness: The wall thickness of the columns is a critical consideration, as it relates to the stability and durability of the guardrail. Generally, the wall thickness of the posts should be above 0.6mm to ensure sufficient strength. However, the specific wall thickness may vary depending on the intended use of the guardrail, design requirements, and material type. For example, some lighting guardrail posts for bridges can reach a wall thickness of 4-4.5mm.
