The integrated precast pump station for the Huangdao Sports Center project has been fully installed. The project utilizes a φ3m*7.2m integrated precast pump station and a φ1.5m*4.7m gate well (including 1 set of outlet gate, 1 set of overflow gate, and 2 sets of lifting basket + crushing grille machine), equipped with high-strength fiberglass reinforced plastic cylinders.
The features of the integrated precast pump station go beyond just that. From the perspective of research and production, it can be manufactured according to provided drawings, and the installation site is thoroughly inspected for surrounding conditions. Compared to traditional concrete pump stations, the precast pump station has undergone significant improvements, such as the installation of an intelligent system, which saves on manual monitoring.

Rainwater and Sewage Pump Station Selection
Based on the recent and future wastewater volumes, determine the scale of the stormwater and wastewater pumping station. Design the pumping station, selecting the integrated pump station's cylinder specifications according to the flow size, and identify the diameter of the cylinder required to meet the needs.
In a separated drainage system, the rainwater pump house and the wastewater pump house can be built at different locations within the yard, or they can be combined within a single structure. However, the wastewater lifting pump, the sedimentation pond, and the pipelines should form an independent system.
It is crucial to determine whether the integrated pumping station is to be constructed all at once or in phases, whether it is a complete or semi-complete facility, to decide on its standards and equipment. Additionally, the location of the wastewater pumping station should be selected based on whether the treated effluent from the pumping station is discharged into canals or sent to a treatment plant after further processing.
When the sedimentation pond and machinery room of an integrated pumping station are in the same structure, they must be separated by a waterproof partition to prevent leakage, following the requirements of the structural design specifications. The sedimentation pond and machinery room in a separate construction should maintain a certain distance during construction to avoid uneven settlement. Operations and Maintenance Process
The pump's flow rate after maintenance should not be less than 90% of the designed flow; its unit efficiency should not be less than 90% of the original unit efficiency. The integrity rate of the pump station units should reach above 90%; during the flood season, the operability rate of the rainwater pump station units should reach above 98%.
Equipment and pipe fittings should be subjected to rust removal and painting treatments every two years.
Pump stations and their auxiliary facilities should be cleaned and maintained regularly. Any damage should be repaired immediately. They should be refreshed every 3 years.
When entering the integrated precast pump station well for maintenance, safety protection measures should be in place. Toxic gas protection equipment must be inspected before use, and only upon passing the inspection can it be utilized.
Pump station wells should be regularly cleaned and desilted based on the inspection results.
Wastewater pumping stations should have comprehensive operational and maintenance records.
Safety requirements for pipeline maintenance and inspection should comply with the provisions of the current industry standard "Technical Code for Safety Maintenance of Drainage Pipelines" CJJ6.
