Project Brief:

This project utilizes an integrated precast pumping station, featuring a Φ3.8*3.4m high-strength fiberglass-reinforced plastic cylinder, with no joints and alkali-free glass fiber and unsaturated resin, formed through computer-controlled winding. Equipped with three submersible污水 pumps and one basket格栅 machine, it also comes with a stainless steel control cabinet.

Equipment Features:

The integrated precast pump station is a highly integrated modern high-tech product. The pumps are installed vertically in a self-coupled wet configuration, with the pump room and intake well integrated into a single cylinder. It comes with a ground control panel. Before shipment, our technical staff pre-assemble and factory-test the unit, minimizing on-site installation time and enhancing system reliability.

The pump station utilizes glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) as the casing material, which boasts excellent corrosion resistance and is suitable for a variety of environments. In addition, all pre-fabricated pump stations are equipped with submersible sewage pumps that efficiently lift and transport wastewater to the nearby sewage pipeline system.
