The integrated precast pumping station achieves drainage, water supply, and water resource allocation without the need for natural flow, by providing potential and pressure energy to wastewater, rainfall, and tap water. It is widely used in various fields and plays a crucial role in the construction of water conservancy infrastructure, closely related to our production and daily life. But what are the working principles of the integrated precast pumping station?
1. When the tap water pressure P1 is less than the required set pressure P2, the microcomputer will automatically control the variable frequency pump to start up softly, and the water in the booster tank acts as a compensator, being pressurized and directed to the user until the actual pipeline pressure P equals the set pressure P2. If the tap water pressure drops to a certain limit, the solenoid valve closes, and the equipment directly draws water from the booster tank, being pressurized to supply water to the user, to prevent the tap water network from developing negative pressure.
2. The frequency converter pump's speed increases as the domestic water pressure P1 decreases; conversely, the speed decreases with higher water pressure P1. When the domestic water pressure is greater than or equal to the set pressure P2, the frequency converter pump shuts down, fully utilizing the existing water pressure. The microcomputer adjusts the frequency converter pump to operate at a constant speed, ensuring a steady water pressure to meet the customer's needs.
3. Upon the suspension of potable water supply, the equipment automatically shuts down. Once the supply of potable water resumes, it automatically returns to normal pressure operation.
The intake of the variable-frequency pump is connected to the flow compensation device. The microcomputer monitors the water pressure inside the flow compensation device in real-time, regulating the vacuum suppressor to stabilize the pressure of the flow compensation device and the intake of water supply, preventing negative pressure, thus ensuring the normal water supply of the municipal water pipeline network.
