Principle of Operation for Integrated Vacuum Washing Equipment

The vacuum flushing system is a drainage system that utilizes vacuum technology. By extracting air from within the system to achieve a vacuum state, it enables water to flow rapidly, thus avoiding issues such as slow water flow and unstable water pressure in the drainage pipes.

It is composed of the following sections:
1、Vacuum One-Way Valve
The vacuum pump, by regulating the vacuum valve, achieves unified control of multiple vacuum valves to control the direction and flow of water.
2、Control cabinets and cables
Vacuum pumps, internal piping, and control panels included.

3、Water Storage Room
Used for storing water to be flushed, when flushing is required, the top diaphragm valve is opened, vacuum is broken, and the stored water is released instantly. The water喷射 from the bottom possesses significant kinetic energy, forming a powerful, sweeping jet that picks up sediment at the bottom of the pool and flushes it into the collection channel at the end of the rainwater retention pond, which is then pumped out of the retention pond.
4、Vacuum Diaphragm Valve
Regulates the vacuum state of the water storage room.

5、Vacuum Pump
Used to extract air from the water storage chamber, creating a vacuum state.
6、Level Monitoring System
To monitor and adjust the water level in the reservoir, control the opening of the vacuum valve when the water level drops to a certain extent, thereby achieving a vacuum flush.
Operation Principle:When the liquid level monitoring system detects that the water level in the regulating pond has dropped to a certain level, the vacuum one-way valve opens, drawing air out of the storage chamber to create a vacuum. At this point, the vacuum diaphragm valve closes, isolating the storage chamber from the atmosphere, and vacuum flushing begins. Upon completion of the flushing, the vacuum one-way valve opens again, draining the water from the storage chamber into the pipeline, while the vacuum diaphragm valve opens as well, reconnecting the storage chamber to the atmosphere.
Advantages of the Vacuum Cleaning System
1、The facility can quickly release wastewater, thus avoiding issues such as water flow blockages and unstable water pressure in the drainage pipes.
2、Reducing maintenance costs for urban drainage pipelines as frequent cleaning and repairs are not required.
3、During the emission process, there is no odor or noise produced, resulting in minimal environmental impact.
In summary, the vacuum flushing system is a relatively suitable hydraulic equipment for discharging wastewater, featuring rapid water flow, reduced maintenance costs, and environmental benefits. However, factors such as pipe material, vacuum pump selection, and frost protection measures need to be considered before use.
