Washing Feature

1Water Level Control Feature
The control system detects upstream and downstream water levels through acoustic water level sensors, collects the opening position signals of the weir gate, calculates them, and then drives the cylinder according to pre-set water level control commands, controlling the rise and fall of the weir gate to maintain the water level at the predetermined height.
2Traffic Control Feature
The control system monitors upstream and downstream water levels through acoustic water level sensors, collects the signal of the weir gate's opening position, calculates it, and then sends control commands to adjust the height of the weir gate's rise and fall, ensuring the discharge volume reaches the preset value, thereby maintaining a constant flow rate.
3Flush Function
The ultrasonic level sensor detects the upstream water level of the weir gate. When the upstream water level is low, the weir gate closes upwards to retain water. Once the water level reaches the set value, it simultaneously checks the downstream water level of the weir gate. When the downstream water level is low, the weir gate opens rapidly downwards, utilizing the potential energy formed by the water level difference on both sides of the weir gate to complete a flush. The number of flushes per day can be set.
Work Mode
Sunny days:The equipment's interceptor gate was opened due to the dry flow condition, with domestic wastewater being diverted into the interceptor pipe and transported to the wastewater treatment plant.
During rainstorms:The flow control gate has been closed, with cleaner rainwater being discharged into natural water bodies in the later stages.
