When the rainwater or wastewater in the regulating pond is discharged externally and the water level drops to the set level, the control valve group automatically switches, breaking the vacuum in the flushing chamber. At this point, the water impact energy in the flushing chamber is rapidly released, flushing into the rainwater storage area. A powerful horizontal flushing wave is generated at the bottom of the regulating pond. This effectively cleans the sludge and debris at the bottom of the pond into the collection slots, facilitating subsequent discharge by the pump and solid-liquid separation treatment.

Product Composition

The Myuan-VFS vacuum flushing system consists of a vacuum unit base, an automatic diaphragm unit, a vacuum negative pressure station system, a control valve assembly, and an intelligent control cabinet.
An equalization basin equipped with a vacuum flushing system consists of a water storage chamber, a rainwater storage area, and a flushing water discharge area. Depending on the basin type, one or more water storage chambers can be set up within a single equalization basin, which can be controlled by a single vacuum control system, but they operate independently in groups.
