    High-modulus polypropyleneHMPP wrapped pump station materials are a plastic material currently used for underground drainage and sewage disposal, and are a relatively ideal material for wastewater systems on the market. This material has a yield strength of over 30MPA and an elastic modulus of ≥1500MPa, while the HDPE elastic modulus is only 800MPa. The material's elastic modulus plays a decisive role in the hoop stiffness of the products produced, with a higher elastic modulus resulting in a higher hoop stiffness of the product.HighModulus Polypropylene(HMPP) is used for cylinder materials due to its high crystallinity, high modulus, temperature resistance, and chemical stability, as well as excellent toughness and high impact resistance.     1. Temperature Resistance: HMPP has a temperature range of -20 to 90°C, outperforming HDPE in high-temperature conditions.

    Production Process

    The HMPP wrapped structure pump station production utilizes a secondary wrapping molding technique, which differs from the current market's Kela pipe single wrapping molding technology. In the latter, the base and ribbed pipes are wrapped onto the mold in one go, leading to drawbacks such as internal stress in the pipe material, significant deformation of the ribbed pipes, and uneven wall heights.

    Secondary winding molding refers to the process of wrapping the base layer and flange of the pipe twice. First, the base layer is wrapped, followed by a thorough air-cooling process. Once the base material crystallizes, the internal material stress is fully released, and then the base surface is heated for flange wrapping. In contrast, the pipe material with one-time winding molding has internal stress, a larger deformation of the flange, and uneven shape.

    Due to the direct proportionality between hoop stiffness and moment of inertia, the products of the secondary winding box process for pipes of the same specification are approximately 20% higher in hoop stiffness compared to those of the single winding process.15%-33%.
