How to Install Stainless Steel Sculptures? Stainless steel boasts numerous advantages, such as resistance to rust, easy cleaning, strong wind resistance, and durability, making it a popular material for sculptures used in urban decorations. Let's explore the installation process with the editor below.

(1) When installing stainless steel sculptures, customers must first manufacture concrete sculpture bases and pre-install inserts on the concrete foundations. The size of the inserts should be selected based on the dimensions of the main frame at the base of the stainless steel sculpture and its height. Once the concrete sculpture base is completed, we can simply await the arrival of the stainless steel sculpture.
(2) Upon the arrival of the stainless steel sculpture at the installation site, we should position the fixed and embedded parts according to the sculpture's design. The bottom frame of the stainless steel sculpture should be securely welded to the embedded section. Only then can we proceed to hoist the middle and upper sections of the sculpture, layer by layer, just as one builds a house.
(3) After the sculpture is installed, we must weld, trim, and grind the surface steel of the stainless steel sculpture. Then, we repair the surface effects of the sculpture accordingly. If the surface is painted, we use the same paint for the repair; if it's a brushed or mirror finish, we can only re-grind and polish the welds.
