The Balanced Clamp Air Conditioner produces excessive noise. The dynamic balance instrument stops processing the electrical signals transmitted from the sensor to the instrument, displaying measured oscillation data, and storing it for use in balance calculation. The signal processing includes signal amplification, filtering, and oscillation phase generation, etc. The oscillation data includes rotor rotation speed, oscillation amplitude of the passband, fundamental frequency oscillation amplitude, and phase. The area where the putty for balancing should be clean and uniform. Oil stains can be wiped off with alcohol.

Assuming a rotating object has achieved positive balance, it implies that the mass distribution is uniform. Under the effect of this uniform force, oscillation will not occur. In other words, oscillation exists only when there is imbalance, and at this point, human intervention is required to control the oscillation within an allowable small range. This can be achieved by attaching reflective stickers, drilling holes, creating slots, or forming bosses on the rotor shaft to establish a reference symbol for the rotor's rotation. Excessive noise from air conditioners, rapid wear or abnormal vibration of truck hubs, brake discs, drive shafts, or clutches, and excessive oscillation during the motor's surging can largely be attributed to the imbalance of the rotor.

Before applying the clay, issues such as rapid wear on truck wheel hubs, brake discs, drive shafts, and clutches, as well as excessive vibration during motor surging, can often be attributed to unbalanced rotors. To understand balancers, one must first grasp the concept of rigid rotor balancing, which involves components rotating around an axis in machines, such as belt pulleys, fan impellers, and automotive tire hubs. Vibration data includes rotor rotational speed, overall frequency vibration amplitude, fundamental frequency vibration amplitude, and phase. The area to be coated with clay should be clean and dry; oil stains can be removed with alcohol. Apply the clay before handling.
