Vibratory stabilized soil mixing station

The vibratory mixer is composed of five major components: stone material transportation system, water supply system, mixing system, material discharge system, and electronic control system. It features a compact structure, accurate measurement and verification, uniform mixing, and excellent overall operational performance. The mixer utilizes a double horizontal shaft forced mixing mechanism, which is highly efficient, low in noise, and ensures uniform mixing. The blades are cast from a unique metal composite material, offering a long service life.

The agitator arms on the mixing shaft are evenly distributed according to a specific pattern, allowing the raw materials in the mixer body to move forward while undergoing strong rotation, achieving large-scale mixing purposes.

To facilitate the removal of excess materials and maintenance, we have equipped the bottom of the mixer with a discharge port.

The vibratory mixing station equipment utilizes a centralized fully automatic control system, also known as the automatic seasoning control system, which precisely controls the uniform and stable conveyance of aggregates using electromagnetic variable-speed motors.

The Vibrating Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant is a production equipment that uniformly mixes various raw materials such as different-sized aggregates, sand, cement, and water according to the mortar mix ratio required for construction projects. As a mechanical equipment capable of stabilizing subgrade construction for the current construction of highways, railways, and urban roads, it boasts advantages such as high precision in material mix ratios, excellent uniformity in mixing, material savings, and suitability for computerized control. This enables faster assurance of the quality of stabilized soil, making it widely applicable to the subgrade, sub-subgrade construction of railways, roads, and urban roads.

Vibration-type stabilized soil mixing plant mixer features:

One: Reduced Mixing Time: Enhances material feeding adjustment time, with a shorter duration than traditional concrete stabilizer mixers, offering higher efficiency. Under the vibration effect, it quickly blends the mixture uniformly.

By employing vibratory mixing technology, the cement lumps and sludge in the mixture are broken up, allowing for even dispersion throughout the mixture, thereby reducing the amount of cement used.

Three: Reducing Water Requirement: The vibratory mixer blends the mixture, reasonably reducing the water requirement.

Four: Enhancing the Uniformity of Mixed Material Products: The vibration mixer ensures thorough mixing of the material, achieving adequate uniformity in the finished product to prevent the occurrence of false gelation.

Five: Reducing the gaps in the cement stabilized gravel base: The use of vibrated concrete, stabilized soil, and mixers ensures a more uniform mixture, thereby effectively minimizing the occurrence of gaps in the cement stabilized gravel base.

2. Bottom-level warehouse: After installing the cylinder, walkway, and bell accessories in the bottom-level warehouse, hoist them up. Secure the support legs and then overall lifting can be done on the pre-buried foundation plate for the roadbed. Welding the pre-buried plate firmly will complete the installation.

3. After installing the roller of the inclined belt conveyor, connect all four parts and hoist it up, ensuring the tail end is aligned with the feeding port of the mixer. Once installed, secure the support bracket and then attach the left and right buffer rollers and the conveying belt.

4. Hoist the tilted portion of the flat belt conveyor, install the support feet at the base simultaneously, gradually place it above the base, then install the level section and connect them together. Weld each support foot to the subgrade with an electric arc, and then attach the left and right buffer rollers as well as the conveying belt.

5. Stone Material System Software: First, install the electronic belt scale on the foundation, then hoist the stone material hopper and attach the feet (do not tighten the ground bolts). Gradually lower it above the stone material hopper foundation and weld it securely. Finally, tighten the connecting ground bolts.

6. Powder Material Supply System Software: First install the plug valve and cement silo, then install the cement silo guardrail. Hoist the cement silo to a position above the weldment room, and then install the spiral and the scale.

7. Install the water tank at the required location, ensuring it is level, and connect the centrifugal pump and piping.

8. Position the air compressor in an appropriate location and connect the air lines.

9. Simply connect the power circuit of each section to the control panel and proceed.
