Cylinder replacement and maintenance
First, remove the two tubes (if there's air in the tubes, be sure to release the pressure first or fold the tubes back when removing), then detach the pins at the cylinder tailstock and piston rod, and remove the cylinder. If there is a leak, consider if the piston rings are worn out. At this point, you should unscrew the connecting bolts at the cylinder piston and replace them.
2. Replacement of the unloading door
In most cases, when the discharging door wears to the point of letting material leak, welding a steel plate to the bottom is sufficient. For a full replacement, first detach the cylinder connections, remove the turn hub end pins and pin shafts, then the door can be removed. This is also an opportune time to replace the worn-out bushings.
3. Sensor Replacement
First, use a hand winch to hoist the measuring hopper to prevent mechanical damage to other sensors during forceful twisting. After replacement, connect the ground wire to the grounding terminal.
4. Maintain
Regularly inspect the operation of all solenoid valves, check for any leaks in the air pipes and pipe joints, replace as needed, maintain the dryness of compressed air, and frequently drain water from the air compressor and oil-water separator.
