Ozone is a mixed gas, and its concentration is typically expressed in mass ratio and volume ratio. The mass ratio refers to the amount of ozone in grams per liter or kilograms per cubic meter within a unit volume of the mixed gas. The volume ratio indicates the volume content or percentage content of ozone within a unit volume, expressed as percentages like 2%, 5%, 12%, etc. The health industry commonly uses ppm to denote ozone concentration, where one part per million (ppm) is equivalent to one millionth of the volume of the ozone mixed gas. Ozone concentration is a crucial indicator of the technology and performance of ozone generators. Under the same operating conditions, the higher the ozone output concentration, the better the quality.

Primary factors affecting ozone concentration include:

Ozone generator structure and processing accuracy.

Cooling methods and conditions.

3. Drive voltage and drive frequency.

Di-electric materials

5. Oxygen content, cleanliness, and dryness in the raw gas. Ozone output refers to the amount of ozone produced by the ozone generator per unit of time; the ozone output is calculated by multiplying the ozone concentration value by the total gas volume entering the ozone generator. Units such as mg/h, g/h, and kg/h are commonly used to express ozone output. The standard for ozone generators specifies that the model and size of ozone generators are distinguished by their ozone output. Small ozone generators are distinguished by g/h, while large ozone generators are distinguished by kg/h to indicate their size specifications.
