(1) The burner of the fuel heating trolley furnace should be installed along the tangent direction of the bath tank. The bath tank should be rotated at regular intervals (such as weekly) to prevent localized overheating and burning through, thus extending the lifespan of the bath tank.
(2) Apply refractory cement or asbestos bedding between the bathtub flange and furnace panel to seal and prevent molten salt from entering the furnace chamber. Avoid heating nitrate salt furnaces with fuel to prevent the furnace tube from being pierced, which could cause carbon black to react with nitrate salt, leading to an explosion.
(3) The bottom of the car furnace hearth should have a salt discharge hole for the purpose of expelling molten salt in case of accidents, and it should be sealed with appropriate material during normal operation.
(4) The traveling furnace utilizes two thermocouples to separately measure the furnace chamber temperature near the salt bath and the heating elements.
When using toxic bath agents such as cyanides, lead, and alkalis, a strong ventilation system should be installed.
