XK9350F CNC Rotational Flying Cutter Milling Machine. This machine eliminates the oscillating cutting head design commonly used by many manufacturers for cutting crescent slots. It employs an innovative flying knife slotting structure; the transmission, positioning, clamping, and support of the flying knife utilize a series of new functional structures, ensuring quick, stable, and reliable performance. The processing efficiency of crescent slots is superior, with high precision and strong rigidity, allowing for easy machining of high-hardness carbide tungsten roller rings, composite rollers, and various other high-hardness rolling mill rolls.

The fly knife's transmission, positioning, clamping, and support structures employ a series of innovative functional designs, discarding the traditional worm gear and worm structure traditionally used in the high-speed transmission of fly knife components (which are prone to wear and failure in high-speed transmission and have low efficiency). Ensures efficient and quick operation, with the fly knife structure processing transverse rib grooves and the fly knife system featuring good support rigidity. Stable and reliable.

The flying knife supporting structure draws on the characteristics of similar Italian machine tools, featuring arc-shaped support blocks for excellent support. Additionally, it utilizes a movable point support at the top of the tool shank to enhance the rigidity and precision of the tool shank.

The servo-driven fly knife transmission mechanism utilizes pure gear transmission (6th grade precision, ground), offering high transmission accuracy, rigidity, and smoothness.

Machining centers use ball screw drives vertically (to avoid the inaccuracies of gear rack drives), featuring an automatic NC system control. They can automatically move from one hole pattern to the next, with precise positioning and no need for manual manual movement.

Our CNC system is integrated with the automatic programming software developed in collaboration with Siemens AG. Simply input parameters such as roller diameter and specifications, and the system will automatically edit and generate crescent groove machining programs and engraving programs. This reduces the繁琐 programming work and enhances processing efficiency.
