XK9350F CNC Swing Flying Milling Machine. This machine tool discards the swinging cutting head design commonly used by many manufacturers for cutting crescent grooves. It features a novel flying knife slotting structure; the transmission, positioning, clamping, and support of the flying knife utilize a series of new functional structures, ensuring fast, stable, and reliable performance. The processing efficiency of the crescent grooves is superior, with high precision and strength, allowing for easy machining of high-hardness tungsten carbide roller rings, composite rollers, and various other high-hardness rolling mills.
The fly knife's transmission, positioning, clamping, and support structures utilize a series of new functional designs, discarding the traditional worm gear and worm structure commonly used in high-speed fly knife transmission components (which are prone to wear and failure in high-speed transmission and have low efficiency). This ensures efficient and rapid operation, with the fly knife structure capable of processing transverse rib grooves and the fly knife system offering good rigidity. Stable and reliable.
The flying knife support structure draws inspiration from the features of similar Italian machine tools. The support blocks feature arc surfaces for support, ensuring excellent support quality. Additionally, an adjustable tip support is used at the top of the tool rod to enhance its rigidity and precision.
High rigidity and precision support with reasonable structure.

Servo-driven fly knife transmission mechanism utilizes pure gear transmission (6th grade precision, ground), offering high transmission accuracy, rigidity, and smoothness.
Machine tools employ ball screw drives vertically (to avoid the inaccuracy of gear rack drives), with a CNC system for automatic control. This enables automatic movement from one hole pattern to the next, with precise positioning and no need for manual human operation.
The CNC system is embedded with automatic programming software co-developed by our company and Siemens AG. Simply input parameters such as roller diameter and specifications, and the system will automatically edit and generate crescent groove machining programs and engraving programs. This reduces the complexity of programming tasks and enhances processing efficiency.
