The XK9350 series CNC thread rolling mandrel crescent slot milling machine is suitable for processing rolling mandrels with diameters less than 500mm and lengths less than 2500mm. It can automatically process various specifications of crescent slots and isometric rib slots (fully compliant with GB1499-2018 standard) for φ6~φ50 thread rolling mandrels. The machine can automatically machine crescent slots with different helix directions and arbitrary helix angles according to customer requirements, and can be divided or not divided at any equal or unequal spacing around the mandrel. It can also automatically engrave product specifications, grades, trademarks, and other markings at any position on the mandrel (excluding XK9350F, MTC2540). It can also process non-standard rolling mandrels with any slot type, text, and markings according to user requirements. It achieves the purpose of highlighting functions and multi-functional use.
The milling head utilizes a new-type rolling arc guide rail support, resolving the rigidity issue of the head support, while significantly enhancing sensitivity and positioning accuracy in rotation. The head motor is powered by a high-power 2.2KW motor, ensuring stability during the cutting process.
Machine tools use ball screw drives longitudinally (avoiding the inaccuracies of gear rack drives), with a CNC system for automatic control. They can automatically move from one hole pattern to the next, ensuring precise positioning without the need for manual operation.
The machine tool tailstock features a fixed center pin and a high-precision rotating tailstock spindle structure, which avoids the issue of insufficient support rigidity that comes with using a standard movable center pin.
