Primarily used for coarse, semi-fine, fine grinding, and sparkless grinding of the outer diameter and R-slot for tungsten carbide hard alloy roller rings, composite rollers, and high-speed steel roller shafts in high-speed wire production. Features diamond grinding wheels for shaping the holes and outer diameters of hard alloy roller rings, with CNC control enabling CNC interpolation for grinding the R-radius corner of the hole openings.

The MK8450 CNC roller grinding machine is primarily composed of components such as the abrasive wheel stand, headstock, worktable, and bed body.

The grinding wheel stand primarily provides the power for the sandwheel rotation and is capable of moving forward and backward. The forward and backward movement of the grinding wheel stand is driven by ball screw transmission, supported by linear guides, which offer high sensitivity, no damping, and fast response time, achieving terminal negative feedback and high transmission accuracy.

The headstock spindle motor is controlled by a variable frequency drive, enabling stepless speed adjustment.

The workbench is equipped with ball screw transmission for lateral movement and precision-pressed guide rails for support, offering low damping, excellent vibration resistance, and fast response. The upper workbench features an inclined plane support for the headstock, facilitating drainage, and utilizing the weight of the headstock and workpiece to press against the guide rail, automatically achieving parallel alignment between the headstock spindle and the inclined side of the workbench.

CMK8450 CNC Rolling Mill Grinding Machine, featuring a full 2+2 guide rail structure on the bed. This means that the bed is horizontally arranged with four guide rails, each providing movement and positioning for the saddle and tailstock. An auxiliary guide rail is also set on the vertical surface at the front of the bed for additional support of the saddle. This design ensures better rigidity for the saddle and tool holder, enabling it to handle greater cutting torque.
