The CK8450H CNC roller grinding machine features a 2+3 heavy-duty linear rolling guide rail structure, consisting of two rectangular guide rails horizontally arranged for the tailstock's movement and positioning, and two heavy-duty linear rolling guide rails parallelly arranged for the saddle's movement and positioning. Additionally, a linear rolling guide rail is set on the vertical front surface of the bed to provide auxiliary support for the saddle. This ensures that the saddle and tool holder not only have excellent bearing rigidity but also superior system responsiveness and dynamic accuracy.
The bed saddle lathe tool holder utilizes an AO-type integrated tool holder design. This tool holder enhances the rigidity of the tool bar during the machine tool turning process, reducing vibration. It also adjusts the tool holder position to accommodate deep slot roller machining. This tool holder solution is highly effective on the roller lathe from Germany's HERKULES company. When turning the outer diameter of high-hardness rollers, the single-sided cutting depth in one pass can reach 10mm.

The machine tool is equipped with automatic programming software, allowing for dialog-based operating systems to automatically program the outer diameter and cross-section of the rolls, thereby alleviating the cumbersome programming tasks.
