The CK450 CNC lathe features an integrated cast 45-degree inclined bed and plate structure. The main large components like the headstock box are made of high-strength cast iron with evenly distributed thick ribs.
2. The whole machine and main large components are optimized and adjusted in structure and parameters using advanced design and analysis software.
3. The main large pieces are machined using imported five-sided machining centers, ensuring high precision and minimal error. They have undergone two stress-relieving heat treatments, boasting high strength, rigidity, precision retention, impact resistance, and vibration resistance.
4. The bed saddle guide rail is a combination of hardened treatment and plastic coating. It boasts excellent dynamic performance, when paired with the ball screw C3 grade (JIS), it significantly enhances the equipment's processing accuracy and production efficiency.
5. The main shaft motor and both-axis servo motors are driven by high-performance, premium-grade servo motors with high power. The powerful drive motor is directly connected to the ball screw without gap, ensuring smooth and reliable rotation, which improves the positioning accuracy.
6. The spindle unit is supported by high-precision bearings in the first three columns and the last two columns. This ensures greater axial and radial rigidity of the spindle and superior surface finishing quality. The spindle motor is an AC servo spindle motor, which achieves stepless speed variation over the entire speed range, equipped with a mechanical hydraulic automatic locking device.
7. The hydraulic vise rotates quickly, positions accurately, and operates smoothly without shocks. It allows for bidirectional rotation and allows for the selection of a tool close at hand. The hydraulic clamping provides strong clamping force, suitable for powerful cutting.
