Structure and Features
This series is primarily composed of liquid distributors, graphite heat exchange blocks, and gas-liquid separators, with all components sealed using polytetrafluoroethylene and equipped with pressure springs for compensation. The graphite heat exchange blocks feature two sets of non-communicating channels, which are perpendicular to each other. HCL gas and dilute acid are absorbed within the longitudinal channels to form hydrochloric acid. This series employs advanced processing techniques and boasts high absorption efficiency, low sulfuric acid temperature, stability, reliability, resistance to shock, and ease of maintenance.
