Factors Leading to Oil Leaks in Three-Roll Mechanical Plate Bending Machines:
1. Inspect whether the hole cover plate of the three-roll bending machine is too thin, which may deform easily after tightening the bolts, leading to oil leakage through the gaps.
During the operation of the three-roll bending machine, the oil tank was violently agitated, causing the lubricant to spray everywhere within the machine. If too much oil is added, it can accumulate in the shaft seals and contact surfaces, leading to leaks.
3. The three-roll bending machine's housing lacks a return oil groove, causing lubricating oil to accumulate in areas such as the shaft seal, end cover, and contact surfaces. Under the force of pressure difference, it leaks out through gaps.
4. Inadequate Maintenance Techniques: Oil leakage can also occur during equipment maintenance due to incomplete removal of dirt on the contact surface, improper selection of sealing glue, incorrect installation of sealing parts, or failure to replace sealing parts in a timely manner.
During the manufacturing process, the castings were not subjected to annealing or aging treatment, and internal stresses were not relieved, which inevitably leads to deformation, voids, and ultimately oil leakage.
Should our three-roller plate bending machine experience oil leakage, it is crucial to first identify the reasonable cause to effectively prevent the leak from the right spot; otherwise, efforts will be in vain. We hope this information is helpful to you.
