Warranty Definition: The warranty period is one year of actual use or 1,000 hours (whichever comes first), or as specified in the relevant contract terms. Any damage to parts or other malfunctions of the equipment caused by manufacturer's assembly negligence, design flaws, or improper selection of raw materials will be covered by the supplier.

(2) Components subject to wear and tear, routine maintenance parts, human operation errors, and negligence in maintenance are not covered under this warranty.

All spare parts outside of the warranty period are provided at cost price. Technical staff are dispatched to the customer's site promptly to repair the equipment based on the unit conditions until it is fully operational. Beyond the warranty period, we commit to lifelong follow-up service for our users.
