The Crushing Phase: The crushing system consists of multiple VCSM vertical ultra-fine crushers, which coarse-crush natural graphite to achieve particle sizes suitable for spheroidization.

The pelletizing stage: The pelletizing system consists of a closed-loop circuit with multiple SGH pelletizing machines and FL vertical separators. It pelleting the crushed material, which undergoes repeated cycles between the pelletizing machine and separator. Fine powder is separated during the separation process.

III. Electric Control System

This process system utilizes a medium-scale programmable logic controller (PLC) as its control core, meeting the requirements of decentralized control and centralized management (DCS). To cater to users' demands for various particle sizes, particularly for narrow particle size distribution and strict control over coarse and fine particles, the design has taken into account the system's excellence, economy, and practicality. It incorporates coarse crushing, grading, spheroidization, collection and filtration, all completed in one go, ensuring the quality of the product and stability of the production process.
