Eight: Install the cab

The cab electrician has completed the main circuit wiring of the tower crane, to coordinate with the swing operation of the boom during the installation process.

After installing the crane arm, sequentially place the remaining counterweights on the balancing arm.

According to the specific on-site construction requirements, elevate the tower crane to the appropriate position and proceed with reasonable adjustments.

Tower Crane Demolition Steps:

Cranes are dismantled and installed in the same manner, but the sequence of operations is reversed.

First: Site Survey

A thorough on-site inspection was conducted, clearly identifying the placement of the components to be removed.

Two: Secure rope

Safety strips have been installed in the work area, and dedicated personnel are monitoring and persuading to prevent unauthorized individuals from entering.

Three: Lower Standards for Cost Reduction

After positioning the crane arm properly, adjust the balance and begin lowering sections. Lower 7 standard sections sequentially, retaining the following standard sections for disassembly.

Four: Lower the counterweight block

Gradually lower the counterweights while retaining one to maintain balance.

Five: Demolish the crane boom

The crane is hoisted to the predetermined position by the demolition crew in conjunction with the crane.

Six: Lower the last weight block

Seven: Remove the balancing arm

Follow the procedure for dismantling the crane boom.

Remove the tower cab and rotating platform

Remove the remaining standard sections.

Count the scene.

Counting screw threads, bolts, cables, large hooks, and hydraulic pumps.
