This high-functioning shot blasting cleaning equipment features a roller conveyor for continuous feeding. During the cleaning process, the electrical control allows for variable-speed conveying rollers to transport steel structural components or steel into the blasting chamber. As they are propelled through the chamber, all surfaces are struck and abraded by dense, high-velocity shot from various coordinate directions, causing the oxidation scale, rust, and impurities to rapidly detach. The steel surface then achieves a smooth finish with a certain degree of roughness. The loading and unloading of workpieces occur on the roller conveyors at both sides of the cleaning chamber. Shot and rust dust that fall onto the steel are swept away by blowing devices, and the mixture of shot and dust is then conveyed by a recovery spiral to the hopper of the chamber, where it is collected by longitudinal and transverse conveyors before being lifted to the separator at the top of the machine. The clean shot falls into the separator hopper for reuse in the blasting cycle. Dust generated during the shot blasting process is transported to the dust collection system via suction pipes, where it is purified and released into the atmosphere, with the particulate dust captured and collected.
