The newly constructed Tongde Road (Chang'an Road to Lianzi塘 Road) is located in the Economic and Technological Development Zone of Changde City. The road is 735 meters long, with a width of 30 meters, a driving lane width of 18 meters, and 6-meter-wide pedestrian walkways on both sides. The designed speed is 40 km/h, and it is a secondary urban road. It includes road engineering, drainage and water supply engineering, lighting engineering, underground power and pipeline, and landscaping and other supporting projects. The area for foundation treatment is from KO+520 to KO+750. It employs a 3000KN.m point compaction and a 2000KN.m full compaction, ensuring that the compaction settlement before stopping does not exceed 50mm.
