The main unit features an automatic overheat alarm protection function: In the event of overheating due to special reasons, it can automatically disconnect the load. The load operates using energy-consuming methods, and cooling is achieved through forced air cooling. The fan utilizes a small axial flow fan, characterized by its high airflow, excellent heat dissipation, and low noise.
These features make the entire machine superior to imported products in terms of safety, reliability, and noise reduction.

Three: Resistive Load Module
The resistive load module is composed of several specially designed nickel-chromium alloy resistors. These alloy resistors, serving as power consumption components, are manufactured from special alloys and are enclosed by heat sinks made of 304 stainless steel. They are filled with insulating medium and encapsulated to meet load testing requirements. The alloy resistors offer excellent insulation properties, high thermal dissipation, uniform heat conduction, and operating temperatures merely one-third of the design temperature, with minimal temperature drift and stable resistance values. They operate without becoming red-hot over extended periods. Additionally, they are resistant to acids and alkalis, salt mist, rain, moisture, and corrosion, allowing for year-round use.
The resistive load module employs technology to fix the alloy resistor on an insulating material board. The entire module is sealed, with two layers of insulation (internal and insulating plate) ensuring insulation and safety even in humid weather. It also prevents short-circuit accidents caused by the decrease in internal resistance of adjacent resistors.
