I. System Overview
1. The VILVA-AC110V/220V-5kW-RCD AC Load Box is primarily used for AC power source testing in power stations. It simulates resistive loads, enabling performance testing of AC power sources in power stations under different loads. Power input is uniformly adopted in an optimized stepped manner to accommodate the needs of various loads.
1.2: The resistive load employs a new energy consumption component, featuring resistive heat-shrink and sealed installation within a stainless steel tube, with insulated finning on the tube's exterior: Excellent moisture and corrosion resistance, good heat dissipation, high insulation, and safety. The resistor components have high power density, balanced three-phase current, no red-hot phenomena, and an independent cooling fan, ensuring the system's heat dissipation and service life.
1.3 The load overcomes the characteristics of the water resistance test system, such as the inability to accurately control its resistance value, the tendency to boil easily, the propensity to scale, and the difficulty in conducting sudden load/unload tests. It is an upgraded and replaced product for water resistance. This product is highly safe, has low maintenance costs, produces minimal noise, and has strong overload capacity.
1.4 The fan uses an axial flow fan, featuring high air volume, high speed, excellent heat dissipation, and low noise.
1.5 These features make the complete unit superior to imported products in terms of safety, reliability, and noise reduction.
II. Equipment Function Configuration
2.1 Over-temperature Alarm/Protection
When the load temperature exceeds the set value (85℃), the over-temperature alarm indicator light will flash with a buzzer alert; if the temperature remains at (85℃), the load contactor will automatically disconnect the power, and the load will be unloaded.
2.2 Overload Protection*
Overload protection for load disconnection.
2.3 Overvoltage Protection *
When the total voltage exceeds the meter's set value, the meter sends a relay signal, activating the protective relay, which in turn cuts off the contactor control power, forcing the disconnection.
2.4 Overcurrent Protection*
When the total current exceeds the unit step value, the load is forcibly unloaded due to power interruption.
2.5. Load Time Setting *
Set the timer relay to control the working time and the cycle working time of the load.
2.6 Emergency Stop Protection
In case of an emergency during the testing process, immediately press the emergency stop button to disconnect the entire load for protection.
2.7 Communication Function RS-232 Communication Interface
