Overview: The VILVA-EVT series DC charging桩 automatic testing system is widely used in桩 enterprises, testing institutions, research and educational institutions, etc. It is a high-efficiency comprehensive ATE testing system specifically developed for the national standards, European standards, American standards, and Japanese standards for charging桩 production lines. It is an integrated platform that can perform comprehensive testing on four-standard DC charging桩 units. It is mainly applied for testing on charging桩 production lines, with significant advantages of reliability and efficiency. It ensures product quality while also enhancing production efficiency for customers.

I. Product Overview

The VILVA-EVT series DC charging station automatic testing system is widely used in桩 enterprises, testing institutions, scientific research schools, etc. It is an efficient comprehensive ATE testing system specifically developed for the national, European, American, and Japanese standards of charging station production lines. It is an integrated platform that can perform comprehensive testing on four-standard DC charging stations. It is mainly applied in the testing of charging station production lines, with significant advantages of reliability and efficiency. While ensuring product quality, it also improves production efficiency for customers. It includes tests such as GBT 34657.1-2017 for electric vehicle conduction charging interoperability, GB/T 34658-2018 for communication consistency testing, NBT 33008.1-2018 for electric vehicle charging equipment, and recommended test specifications for non-vehicle charging machines, NBT 33001-2018 for technical requirements of non-vehicle conduction charging machines for electric vehicles. Communication protocols in Europe and America meet ISO 15118 and DIN 70121 standards, while Japanese standards meet CHAdeMO 1.2 & 2.0 standards. Vehicle connectors comply with IEC 62196 standards. The testing system mainly consists of industrial computers, vehicle connectors (national standard DC, European standard DC, American standard DC, Japanese standard DC), vehicle battery management system simulation software, vehicle control simulation circuits, oscilloscopes, three-phase power meters, loads, safety regulations integrated testers, and AC adjustable power sources.

Equipped with terminal signal terminals for voltage, current, CC1, auxiliary power, and abnormal sync signals, capable of connecting to other testing equipment for terminal signal testing and verification.

Internally integrated battery voltage simulator with a voltage range of 0-1000V, for charging station startup timing tests (optional).

Insulation Module: Meets requirements for charger insulation and reverse polarity tests, as well as non-connected tests. Test voltage input range is 0~1000V, and insulation resistance adjustable range is 22.9kΩ~300kΩ.

Built-in R4 resistance simulation module, resistance adjustment range 295Ω~2550Ω

Adjustable test items for verifying test results.

Exportable BMS communication message real-time display and parsing function.

Fault Simulation: PE wire breakage, insulation anomaly, communication interruption, etc.

Electric vehicle charger sockets: GB, EN, ANSI, JIS (optional)

Vehicle Control Guidance Circuit Simulation Function, realistically simulates the vehicle charging process: supports charging voltage, current, power, and state display; charging sequence diagram display: supports EVCC parameter settings, EVSE parameter display, and message cycle settings.

Features interoperability auto-testing with the host system, protocol compliance testing, and generates a test report upon completion.

Optional Measuring Verification Function: Multiple communication modes including LAN, RS232, WIFI, built-in WIFI hotspot, and remote wireless terminal. 0.05 Grade Verification Test Items: Operating Error, Indication Error, Payment Amount Error, Clock Indication Error, capable of completing the 0.05 grade metrological verification test functions as specified in JJG 1149-2018.
