The VILVA-EV AC Charging Station Aging System is designed for the aging test of finished AC charging stations before shipment, ensuring stable performance and high quality pass rate of the products. It supports various standards, including single-phase and three-phase charging stations, and accommodates national standards for single-phase and three-phase, European standards for single-phase and three-phase, and American standard charging station products for aging tests.

I. Product Overview

The VILVA-EV AC Charging Station Aging System is designed for the aging test of finished AC charging stations before shipment, ensuring stable performance and high quality pass rate of the products. It supports various standards, single-phase and three-phase charging stations, and can perform aging tests on products according to Chinese, European, and American standards for single-phase and three-phase charging stations.

II. Product Features (Constant Temperature Control)

Workstation Quantity: Each set consists of three layers with three workstations per layer, totaling two sets in a back-to-back arrangement, hence 18 workstations in all.

Load Requirements: Each set is equipped with an 8-40A intelligent electric control load, utilizing a power feedback load design; this enables energy recovery, saving up to 85% on electricity costs.

Power outlets: Each work station is equipped with 10A/16A national standard sockets, 32A European standard five-core industrial outlets, and 50A US standard four-hole straight outlets.

Power outlets: Single-phase/trip-phase AC charging outlets provided at each workstation (compliant with GB/EN/US standards).

Simulated Charging: The entire process from connection to charging for the simulated charging station is channel-independent and can be stopped at any time.

Parameter Settings: Industrial computer management system allows for free setting of parameters such as load current and test time within the computer.

Testing Requirements: Each charging station is tested individually via unordered scanning, with the flexibility to start or stop the test at any time. An alarm alert is triggered for defective products or upon completion of the test, while the system simultaneously stores the test data automatically.

Storage Requirements: Automatically associates aged data with each product barcode for storage, capable of generating electronic reports, and supports printing output.

Data Upload: Integrated with the MES system, data can be uploaded to the company's traceability system for easy access at any time.

Equipment Enclosure: Crafted with a one-piece sheet metal painting process, this equipment is not only aesthetically pleasing but also robust and durable compared to aluminum alloy frame structures.

Constant Temperature Control: Environmental temperature up to 60 degrees, adjustable setting.

CP voltage, frequency, duty cycle, and CC resistance display records (optional).


Product Features (Room Temperature Control)

16 aging channels data display: voltage, current, power, and battery power.

Configuration of aging racks with quick-connection terminals and posts, as well as dedicated power outlets.

The load fan utilizes a small axial flow fan, featuring high air volume, excellent heat dissipation, and low noise.

Each channel is configured with an S2 switch.

Control Method: Aging rack control uses a main contactor + individual microcircuit breakers for each route.

Each station on the aging rack is marked with a work indicator light.

Utilize quick connect terminals for easy wiring to the product.

Aged Rack with Load Separation Mode, the load section can be used independently and is also applicable for testing other products. Optional loads include resistive loads and regenerative energy-saving loads.
