Summary: The VILVA multi-bay AC charger aging test stand is designed to meet user needs, featuring a simple and easy-to-operate AC charger aging test stand. It supports various standards, including single-phase and three-phase charging stations, catering to Chinese standard single-phase/three-phase, European standard single-phase/three-phase, and American standard. Optional configurations for each standard, as well as for single-phase and three-phase options.
I. Aging Test Rack Function Introduction
Wilhwa has developed a simple and easy-to-operate aging test stand for communication charging stations based on user requirements, supporting various standards and both single and three-phase charging stations, including GB single/three-phase, European single/three-phase, and American standards. Various standard options, single/three-phase options available.
2-tier shelf design with double-sided configuration, each side capable of aging 10 products, totaling 20 channels. These channels can be connected in series for 20-way testing, allowing for individual aging or multi-channel series aging. (Note: Within the same channel, European, American, and Chinese standards cannot be used together; among the 20 channels, European, American, and Chinese standards can be mixed (be aware: single-phase and three-phase cannot be mixed). Each aging rack supports up to 20 channels; the aging test rack channels can be expanded according to user needs. Each channel features a charging control switch, voltage and current display, and a charging indicator light (the corresponding indicator light turns green when the bypass switch is closed). The aging bench is divided into two layers, with the bottom of the test rack equipped with casters for easy movement, making it a preferred choice among users.
Utilizing an aging rack and load separation mode, the load section can be used independently, applicable for testing other products. Optional loads include resistive loads and regenerative energy-saving loads.
Section II: Resistance Load Function Introduction
The load box is equipped with a pure resistive load; the power input features a step-wise combination control, allowing for the arbitrary combination to simulate various power loads. This meets the full-load detection requirements for inverters and UPS power sources. It is an essential testing tool for production workshops, laboratories, installation and debugging, as well as scientific research and development.
You can freely combine and set the discharge power according to the performance parameter detection requirements.
The main unit features an automatic overheat alarm protection function: In case of overheating due to special reasons, the load can be automatically disconnected.
New low-power consumption components with high power density, no red heat, and the whole unit consists of resistive loads.
Power input is controlled by a step-type switch. The load operates in a power-consuming manner, with forced air cooling for heat dissipation.
The fan uses a small axial fan, featuring high airflow, good heat dissipation, and low noise.
These features make the complete unit superior to imported products in terms of safety, reliability, and noise reduction.
