Overview: The VILVA-EV AC Charging Station Functional Testing System is a high-efficiency comprehensive ATE testing system specifically designed for Chinese, European, and American standard charging station production lines. It is an integrated platform for the comprehensive testing of a three-pole AC charging station. Mainly applied in the testing phase of charging station production lines, its major advantage lies in enhancing production efficiency while ensuring product quality.

I. Product Overview

VILVA-EV AC Charging Station Function Testing System is a high-efficiency comprehensive ATE testing system specifically designed for Chinese, European, and American standard charging station production lines. It is an integrated platform for comprehensive testing of a three-pole AC charging station. Primarily used for testing on charging station production lines, its major advantage is that it ensures product quality while also improving production efficiency for customers.

This test system is developed based on the national standards GB/T 18487.1-2015, GB/T 34657.1-2017, and NB/T 33008.2-2018, as well as European standards IEC 61851-22, ISO 15118, and IEC 62196. It is suitable for manufacturers of AC charging stations that comply with national, European, and American standards. For larger-scale and high-capacity charging station manufacturers, its impact on improving production efficiency will be more pronounced.

The test system primarily includes vehicle sockets (GB AC, EN AC, and US AC standards), vehicle battery management system simulation software, vehicle control simulation circuits, oscilloscopes, power meters, resistive loads, safety compliance test instruments, industrial computers, AC inverter power supplies, and more. The AC charging interface simulation device for electric vehicles can realistically simulate the charging process and various faults. This device meets requirements for connection testing, charging handshaking, configuration, and charging, as well as for testing charging voltage and current, and interoperability tests.
