I. Product Overview

The VILVA-EV series AC charger testing device is primarily used for product online debugging, offline testing, aging tests, and functional verification. The testing device strictly adheres to national standards GB/T 18487.1-2015 and GB/T 20234.2-2015, accurately simulating real vehicle charging processes and various faults. It avoids the inconvenience of testing, incomplete content, and inability to simulate real faults that come with using electric vehicles as testing devices. Additionally, it prevents charger faults from damaging the test vehicles. The device can measure charging voltage, current, and power; test CP and CC guide signals. It can also simulate leakage faults, displaying these parameters on a touch screen for easy observation and operation.

Optional power ratings include: Single Phase 7kW, Single Phase 11kW, Three Phase 22kW, Three Phase 42kW.

S2 switch control, simulation and simulation; equipped with simulation leakage test.

Features measurement of voltage, current, CC, and CP signals for communication charging stations.

R2 resistor, R3 resistor simulation equivalent resistance simulation function, each contact equipped with a switch for on/off, enabling simulation of contact on/off states.

PE, CP, CC contact point circuit switches, capable of simulating fault states for individual circuit breakage and connection.

Gun mount connection temperature is displayed in real-time; charging status of charging stations is shown in real-time.

Optional Measurement and Verification Function: Built-in multi-channel waveform recording module for collecting charging voltage, current, and CP signal, facilitating observation of timing. Various communication methods such as LAN, RS232, and WIFI, setting up a WIFI hotspot for remote wireless terminals. 0.05 grade verification test items: working error, indication error, payment amount error, and clock indication error, capable of completing the 0.05 grade measurement and verification test function of JJG 1148-2022.
