PVC-insulated and sheathed compensation wires or cables generally offer excellent moisture resistance, wear resistance, and flame-retardant properties; while those with high-temperature-resistant fluoroplastic insulation and sheath are produced using a continuous extrusion process, boasting superior characteristics such as high-temperature resistance, cold resistance, resistance to acidic and alkaline oils and water, non-flammability, and anti-aging.

The intrinsic safety explosion-proof temperature measurement system utilizes compensation wires or cables with low capacitance and low inductance material structures, featuring explosion-proof safety performance. It is suitable for connecting explosion-proof thermocouples and temperature measurement instruments in environments with explosive hazards, forming an intrinsically safe thermocouple temperature measurement system.

Section II: Product Execution Standards

GB/T 4989-94 (equivalent to IEC 584-3 standard)

Three: Features

High Working Temperature Conductor: Heat-resistant Grade: Polytetrafluoroethylene (F46) 200℃

Soluble PTFE at 260°C

Silicone rubber at 180°C

Standard Grade: PVC at 70℃ and 105℃, Cross-linked Polyethylene at 90℃

Low-smoke, halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefins: 70°C for crosslinked, 90°C for 90°C, and 125°C for 125°C.

2. Low environmental temperature: PVC sheath: Fixed installation -40°C, non-fixed installation -15°C

Fluorinated Plastic Insulation and Sheath: Fixed installation -60°C, non-fixed installation -20°C

3. Cable bend radius allowance: Non-armored cable, minimum of 6 times the outer diameter

Copper tape shielding or steel tape armor for cables is about 12 times the diameter of the cable.

Fluoroplastic insulation and sheathing are only 10 times the diameter of the cable.
