Why do the same manufacturing company, with the same drum design, using brand new materials, and following the same production process, produce blow-molded products with no luster?
1. Due to raw material variations, the physical properties of raw materials produced by different manufacturers vary. Products made from general blowing plastic tend to be less glossy in appearance. However, those made with the (DSZ 5502) have a stronger degree of luster.
2. Mold issues, such as minor scratches on the nozzle position, can lead to fine vertical lines on the raw material during production, and the finished products will exhibit a lack of luster. Therefore, the nozzles should be regularly and occasionally polished to enhance the appearance brightness of blow-molded products.
3. To address the raw material issue, we have added 0.6% of the pearlescent masterbatch to the original formula without altering it, which also enhances the luster of the finished product.
4. Process issues, such as low blowing pressure leading to minor dimples on the barrel appearance, can also affect the appearance and luster of blow-molded products. Proper adjustment of the blowing pressure can also improve the appearance luster.
