Heavy-duty storage racking is a commonly used type of storage racking, with several common types of heavy-duty storage racking:
1. Standard heavy-duty racks, also known as low-level heavy-duty racks, are typically designed with four loading levels. These racks can be individually placed in a warehouse, making them easy to move and adjust the height of the racks as well as reassemble locally.
The heavy-duty shelving is composed of diamond-shaped column posts, loading beams, shelf bracing, diagonal bracing for stability, and other safety accessories. This type of shelving represents the initial form of heavy-duty shelving and is a common structural pattern shared by many types of shelves.
2. High-bay racking, in warehouse racking, refers to racks over 5 meters tall, which includes heavy-duty beam racking. The uprights and beams of high-bay racking are made of Q235 steel, with connections formed by column plates and beam inserts. In actual use, high-bay racking requires the installation of connecting devices to further enhance stability.
3.穿梭式货架 systems, consisting of shelves, trolleys, and forklifts, are high-density storage solutions designed to maximize warehouse space utilization.
