[Basis Working Principle of Oil Level Sensor]
The fluctuation in liquid levels causes the floating bucket to slide up and down along the tube. Simultaneously, the magnet inside the bucket drives the reed switch at different positions within the tube, causing an immediate change in the electronic signal within the internal circuit. This change is then fed back to the gauge through wires, with the gauge needle moving to indicate the correct liquid level.

This product is made of high-quality stainless steel SUS316 or SUS304, offering excellent corrosion resistance and is directly mounted to the oil tank's threaded opening. It is widely used in various oil tanks, water tanks, chemical agent tanks, alcohol storage, construction machinery, generator sets, and ships, accurately detecting and displaying liquid level information on the gauge.
Oil Level Sensor Product Structure:
The main body is crafted from stainless steel SUS316 or SUS304 (optional).
2. Length Range: Available in options from 100 to 3500mm, with increments of 50mm (100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, etc.), also customizable according to the customer's oil tank; longer lengths can be ordered upon request. Please call for details.
3. Assembly Method: BSP 1 1/4 thread screw-in, or NPT thread screw-in. Optional different types of flanges for compatibility with the oil tank are available upon request. This product comes with a 38*2.6mm O-ring and a 43*3.5mm O-ring.
