Cleaning the rivet storage tray: Remove the rivet storage tray to take out excess rivets to prevent confusion with remaining rivets during subsequent production, which could damage the riveted products; clean with a soft cloth; replace after cleaning.

2. Funnel Cleaning: Unscrew the funnel's fixed nut, remove the spring; take off the funnel, use a flathead screwdriver to clean any excess rivets inside, then wipe it clean with a soft cloth before reassembling in the reverse order.

3. Guideway Cleaning: Pull the guideway block to allow remaining rivets to fall into the jaw guide slot; then press and slide the slide frame to remove the remaining rivets from the jaw; wipe the guideway, jaw, and upper mold rod clean with a soft cloth;

4. Lower mold base cleaning: Remove the protective cover of the lower mold base, and clean the remaining washers from the floating core pin.

5. Arm and Motor Cleaning: Begin by cleaning the motor cover, followed by the belt pulley and its protective cover; if not cleaned promptly, excessive dust can cause the motor to overheat, potentially leading to damage.

6. Perimeter Cleaning: Clean the surface dirt on the riveting machine stand. If the stand cannot be cleaned properly or there is tape, you can use banana water for wiping.
