Actually, this is quite common. To resolve the issue of the inability to start, it's first necessary to identify the cause, which can be one of the following:
Power failure due to an unswitched power connection, melted fuses, a blown fuse in the main motor circuit or control circuit, malfunction of power control devices such as contactors, or线路断路or loose connections. Begin with the fuses and progressively inspect the circuit and control circuit sections, identify the cause before proceeding with repairs.
2. Mechanical failure may be caused by a seized motor, mechanical equipment, or transmission mechanism, resulting in excessive load during startup and brushless motor issues. Immediate power shutdown and identification of the mechanical fault are required.
3. There is a phenomenon of open circuit in the stator winding or rotor winding, or there may be no contact between the brush of the winding rotor and the slip ring. Inspection and repair should be carried out.
4. If the bearing is damaged or jammed, it should be replaced. If the belt is too tight, friction will increase, so adjust the tension of the belt accordingly.
