What are the installation technical requirements for tube bolt manufacturers?
During the installation of steel pipe seam anchors, there are generally two types of construction methods: first grouting then anchoring and first anchoring then grouting. The first grouting then anchoring method requires particular attention to grouting leakage quality during installation. The first anchoring then grouting method, on the other hand, needs to focus on grouting exhaust issues to avoid incomplete mortar. This can directly lead to poor anchoring effects. When installing pipe seam anchors, it is typically necessary to use a rod to deliver the explosive charge to the bottom of the hole, pierce it, and mix for 30 seconds to secure the rod. After 15 minutes, the material reaches 80% to 90% of its strength, allowing for the installation of shims. Resin anchors can still be used in low temperatures and when there is flowing water (180~390ml/min) in the holes.
Tie rod installation: After the anchor head is anchored inside the tie rod, the outer anchor end is tensioned using a jack, applying approximately 10 tons of pre-tension force to each tie rod. Secure the bolt at the end of the rod body, and fully灌浆 with cement mortar.
