Early heating stoves were not boilers but primitive furnace-like devices that directly heated with coal and wood. With the rapid development of society, innovations and improvements in heating stoves have also advanced by leaps and bounds. Today's heating stoves have come a long way, with attractive appearance and functionality becoming their primary features. The types of heating stoves are diverse, including electric, oil/gas, and coal-fired heating stoves.
The electromagnetic heating stove utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction, harnessing the heat generated by the magnetic field cutting through metal to produce eddy currents. This heat is then channeled through a heat dissipation system (such as a hydronic system) to achieve the desired heating effect. It boasts a higher thermal efficiency compared to conventional electric heating stoves, approximately 30% more efficient.
The electromagnetic heating boiler utilizes electromagnetic induction for heating, achieving true electrical and water separation with circuit and waterway insulation. By directly acting on the water bladder through electromagnetic induction, it causes the bladder to heat itself, reducing the process of heat conduction through a medium, resulting in less heat loss. It offers immediate heating upon power-on without the need for a heat storage container, with an instant heat efficiency of over 98%. This is over 30% more energy-efficient than resistance heating.
The electromagnetic heating stove utilizes the principle of electromagnetic induction to convert electrical energy into heat energy. Inside the controller, the 50HZ alternating voltage is converted into direct current voltage by a rectifying circuit, which is then transformed into a high-frequency alternating voltage of 22KHZ by the control circuit. This high-frequency alternating voltage flows through high-frequency conductors wrapped around a non-metallic material tube, creating many small eddy currents as the rapidly changing magnetic field's magnetic lines cut through the metal container inside the non-metallic material tube, resulting in quick heating of the water.
