The working principle of the surface mount tactile switch is that when the switch button is pressed, the internal spring in the switch deforms under pressure, thereby contacting the terminal, which connects the switch's pin circuit.
When the pressure is released, the shrapnel immediately detaches from the weld, reverting to its original state. At this point, the two sets of pins on the surface mount switch are no longer connected, presenting the entire switch circuit as open.
The advantages of surface mount tactile switches mainly include:
Compact, lightweight, easy to install, and suitable for high-density surface mount requirements.
High-precision conductivity, capable of controlling the on/off state of electronic devices, with rapid response time.
Highly resistant to pollution, temperature, and vibration, the equipment is adaptable to various harsh environments, ensuring high reliability and long lifespan.
Simple circuit design, comprehensive product line, widely used in various electronic products.
