The working principle is as follows:
Sanitary butterfly valves are operated remotely via an pneumatic actuator and manually through a handle. The sanitary butterfly valves come in three standard types: normally closed (NC), normally open (NO), and air/air (A/A). These valves convert the axial motion of a piston into a 90° rotation of the valve shaft. When the circular butterfly plate within the valve body contacts the sealing ring of the butterfly valve, the actuator's torque increases. Different handles for manual operation allow the valve to be mechanically locked in open, closed, intermediate, or other positions.

Installation and Usage Instructions:
Before installation, the pipes and valves must be thoroughly cleaned to ensure there are no scratches or dirt on the sealing surfaces to prevent internal leaks or reduce the product's lifespan.
2. Ensure careful verification of the coupling model consistency during installation. A special sealing ring should be installed at the connection between the coupling and the valve to ensure a reliable seal between the valve and the pipeline. Both horizontal pipelines and vertical stainless steel angle pipes are compatible for installation.
Upon completion of installation and introducing the pressure medium, turn the handle 90° to check for internal and external seals. If there are no leakage issues, it can be put into normal use.
4. Sanitary butterfly valves are used for connecting and disconnecting media, and can also be used to regulate flow rates; however, do not install valves in systems that require strict regulation of the flow size of the medium.
5. If leakage is detected inside the butterfly valve even when it is closed during operation, the sealing ring must be replaced. After reinstallation, ensure proper alignment before putting it back into service.
