Regarding the operation of trenchers, great caution is required. Operators must possess a farm tractor driving license and have undergone specialized technical training. They must be familiar with and master the structural and performance characteristics, installation adjustments, operation, and maintenance of the machine. Untrained personnel are prohibited from operating the equipment to prevent accidents.
Before use, it is essential to conduct necessary inspections on the trencher. The clutch should operate reliably, all fasteners must be securely fastened without any looseness, all moving parts should rotate smoothly, and the blade installation direction must be correct.
2. Absolutely prohibit the use of the clutch when it is unreliable or incomplete, as this may damage components and cause accidents. Do not use blades with the installation direction reversed; otherwise, they will not operate normally, and may damage components and cause accidents. When driving on the road, the blade power should be disconnected to keep the blade tip at least 15 centimeters above the ground, and the driving speed should not be too high to avoid damaging components or causing accidents due to excessive vibration.
3. When a trencher turns at the field edge, the walking power should first be disconnected, followed by the power source. Then, the boom should be raised with force to lift the blade tip off the ground before re-engaging the walking power and performing the field turn using low gear and medium to small throttle.
4. When excavating, use the rope guidance method or the rod guidance method to ensure the straightness of the trench. If a curve occurs during excavation, it can be gradually corrected by pushing the handrail, but excessive force should be avoided. It is strictly prohibited to use the steering lever for adjustment to prevent accidents or damage to the machine parts.
When excavating, no one is allowed to stand within the division area to prevent bricks or tiles from flying out and causing injury. Select fields free of碎石, broken bricks, and wooden sticks to work in, ensuring the soil is dry to maintain work quality. It is strictly prohibited to work in old gravesites, former house foundations, old road sites, and other similar locations to avoid damaging blades and other machinery parts.
